Courses offered in a variety of times, online offerings, onsite, credit and non-credit, hands-on training, and workshops in convenient locations. The BILT (Business and Industry Leadership Team) model engages employers as co-leaders of college technical programs, giving them a direct role in shaping the future knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) graduates will need 12–36 months ahead. Unlike traditional advisory councils, which often take a passive role, BILT members actively contribute as subject matter experts to ensure curriculum aligns with real workforce needs. Industry values this model because they are directly contributing to the training of their potential future employees.
We are a Certiport PearsonVue testing center.
The institute works directly with the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) and its colleges to pilot and test new initiatives, ensuring students receive industry-aligned training that meets workforce demands.
